It Takes a Village
When sourcing materials for my products I do my best to only purchase from other small business owners like myself. From the pompoms to the branding tags and everything in between.
Each item is hand knit by me. All pompoms are faux fur. Each item has a faux leather branding tag attached by a metal screw closure. Yarns used in the products vary between a finer lightweight merino, a slightly thick-and-thin merino, or a thicker merino of magnum proportions! Whether it is the finer lightweight yarn or the super bulky, they are all super soft!
The patterns I choose to knit are purchased from various amazing designers who are also small business owners. There are always new and exciting patterns emerging! Designers are mentioned in each product description.
I choose to knit with 100% ethically & sustainably sourced Merino Wool* not just for the softness, but for the quality of the final product. Merino wool is luxurious! It is the ultimate in warmth! It is soft, comfy & super-cozy!
Did you know that it is also heat insulating, anti-itch, moisture wicking, breathable, antimicrobial, quick drying, lightweight, temperature-regulating, anti-static, all-weather & biodegradable!
*At times I may use a lighter weight yarn which is composed of 80% wool & 20% nylon. This will be noted in the product description.
